College and Crossfit

You ever drive by a CrossFit gym and see the ridiculously ripped people congregated outside and wondered to yourself, what's it like on the inside? So you call, and they quote you some ridiculous price for a month membership, when you don't even know if you can stick with it? Me too! Being a college student and staying healthy aren't really two things that go hand in hand. So what did I do? I've found a CrossFit trainer who is willing to work with a small group at a discounted rate. She has encouraged us to follow a healthy diet, and do at home CrossFit exercises. I've started this blog to follow and encourage others who are working toward the same goals. On here, I will post progression pictures and journals, Vegan/Vegetarian recipes I have tried and LOVE, and at home CrossFit workouts. Feel free to comment or message me about anything. :)
